Light Truck Driver
Overview
A Light Truck Driver operates smaller trucks to transport goods over shorter distances. They may deliver packages or goods to retail locations, or provide services such as landscaping or plumbing. They must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
The main responsibilities of a Light Truck Driver include driving the truck to and from the destination, loading and unloading cargo, keeping the vehicle clean and well-maintained, following traffic laws and safety regulations, and maintaining accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups.
